Listen to movies on plane

My wife just bought some QC 30 NC wireless headphones but disappointed so far because she can’t listen to movies on her long flights, is there a fix for this or does she have to return them for a corded set?

Re: Listen to movies on plane

@Welcho as the QC30 has no ability to connect to a 3.5mm headphone jack, you're basically left with 3 options:

1) as you said, return them for a corded set

2) return them and pick up a different bluetooth set like the QC35/QC35-MKII that have an ability to plug into 3.5mm jack for just such a need

3) purchase a bluetooth transmitter. These are small, battery-operated dongles that plug into the headphone jack on your plane seat and then transmit bluetooth to the QC30's.  If you go this route, do some searching here on the Bose community as some seem to work better with Bose headphones than others.  I know there are at least a few threads on it here where people are discussing different models.
