yesterday... I bought a Bose QC35 II Headset to make the most of my music library,
happy, like someone who just received their Christmas present ... I wanted to quickly configure it, except that ... I encountered a very disturbing problem from the first day,
I put the headphones on my ears and I turned it on, the voice command greeted me by telling me the battery status and that I had to use the bose connect app to configure the headphones, which i 'have done.
I finished the configuration and I tested it with my iPhone, and then I turned it off.
everything is fine so far ... but when I wanted to reuse it in the evening, I was shocked, there is no voice coming out of the helmet.
the voice command does not say anything ... however the headphones are on, I tried to connect it with my iPhone and the pairing was done successfully, but I hear nothing in the headphones,
the bose connect application shows that everything is working ... the music is playing, the volume is full, but no sound comes out of the headphones,
I tried to turn it off and on again, I reset it, I applied the latest update ... no results.
I want to emphasize that the wired mode, headphones off ... it works well, but when I turn it back on I lose the sound.
as you can see, i am totally lost, please help me.
