My left ear not working

My left ear not working

The left ear of my Bose Headphone with noise canceling stopped working. I don't know what is happening, but the sound is only coming from the right ear, and the noise cancelling as well.

 

I am currently living outside of the US and would like to know if there is any way to get it fixed?

The link you shared seems like a generic link to the forum? I don't see any region-specific information in the community website. Could you please double check the link is correct?
