NC 700 Audio Cable Replacement

I lost the audio cable for my NC 700 headphones.

I'm making this post to ask about replacements for the audio cable for NC 700. None of the audio cables available look similar to the one that came with the headphones.

 

Another question, but is the headphone serial number also located in the right earcup for the NC 700?

I'm sorry to hear about you losing your Noise Cancelling 700 audio cable - I'll be able to direct you on where to get this resolved.


The cable used for the NC700 is specific to the headphones, as it is 3.5mm at one end and 2.5mm at the other.

However, if you contact our Customer Service team they'll be more than happy to get you a new one sent out. To do this, go to Global Contact Us > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'.

 

Give them a call and they'll be able to resolve your issue.
