NC 700 HP can't connect to Windows 10

Hi,

I use an ASUS USB-BT400 Bluetooth USB on my PC.
It working without problem with all my Bluetooth accessories.

It's coupled with my NC 700 Bose headphones, but if i want to connect, Windows say "Unable to connect".

I've also try to reset bluetooth list on the NC 700.

Can you help me ?
