NC 700 headphones not responding

Hi folks,


I have a problem that the headphones:

1. Will no longer connect to Bluetooth

2. Will not work when wired

3. Will not turn off (even power button does not work)

4. Will not factory reset 


All I get is a notification noise whenever I try to push any buttons (i.e. doing the double tap action on the headphones). However, noise-cancelling continues to work...


The app simply says the headphones are 'not available'


*** This issue occurred after listening with the cable Bose provide, and then trying to revert to bluetooth. After that, neither with a cable or bluetooth do the headphones work. And I can't even switch the headphones off...


Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your NC 700 Headphones. This is unusual, and not something I've personally experienced. 

In terms of troubleshooting, may I suggest you reset the headphones by following this link. 


If the issue persists, I'd encourage you to reach out to local support in your region here to discuss your options for service.
