Pairing QC35 with PC


Big frustration, unbelievable in the 21st century.

My Soundsport free wireless pairs to ipad pro, but not to my new iphone 10. When I press the bluetooth button on the left bud, it does not give me the "ready for pairing to another device" voice signal and the signal lamp does not blink blue, but white. Tried everything, did plug the set into usb power, waited 5 secs, then unplugged, waited one minute, etc., etc.

BTW: it also does not upgrade to 1.4.5, after ten seconds it gives me an error message.

Already working hours on this, I use so many other wireless earbuds, no other one has this shi....problem. What are your engineers doing?
