Poor workmanship and quality of QC30

Both of my BOSE QC30 ear tip's plastic are detached from the earpieces (Please refer to attach photo) .

 

My QC30 is only slightly over a year and I always take great care of my ear phone.

It was purchased from Japan while i went there for holiday.

 

Am I able to get it replace or repair in Singapore ?

 

Please advise.

Just a suggestion but if all else fails you could push the strain reliefs back up into position and glue them into place.
