Problem updating QC35 ii, firmware version 0.0.0

Hi guys! I have a problem with a QC35 II, I can't update them and the next message show on my Pc:

So i tried to downgrade them to a last firmware version, but then this appear:error.png

If anyone have and idea of what's going on, i'm gonna appreciate so much.

Hi CER Guillermo,

 

Thanks for writing into the community. Can you please try connecting your headphones with the Bose Connect app and check the firmware version? 

 

 

The downgrading ability is no longer supported on the Bose Updater site. You might still be able to access the "Advanced Mode" but it will not let you revert to an older firmware. 

 

 

Let us know you're findings when you get the chance.

Hi! thanks for reply, i can't pair the qc 35 with my phone, for that reason can't use the bose connect app with them;

if you see in the next image, you can notice that the log shows that the headphones don't have a firmware of a bluetooth version  available:foto.png

 

Anyway, thank you so much for you help! I gonna still trying to fix the headphones.
