Problems with iPhone XR and QC 20

I recently bought an iPhone XR with the original Connection cable for Headphones. (The nee iPhones only habe the iPhone Plug where Ou can charge the phone).

When I’m connecting the headphones to the phone now there is always background noise. It like a knocking every 2 seconds. I also tried 2 different headphone which didn’t make any problems.

Is that a known problem and how can it be fix it?

Hi Stelten,

Thanks for posting and updating us on this.

Rather than connecting the phone to different headphones, have you attempted to connect the headphones to another mobile phone? Also, do you have version one or two of the QC20's?

I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this.

Kind Regards,

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your new iPhone.

Have you tried the headphones in a different device?

Hello Jessie,

Thank you for the quick reply.

The iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR don't feature a headphone jack, meaning the easiest way to listen to your favorite tunes, podcasts, and videos are through Bluetooth headphones Upsers.com

Connection cable problem? Same problem on another iPhone with the same cable?

Possible to try another connection cable?
