QC 20 Left Ear Stopped Working and I'm devastated

I am truly in love with my QC 20 earphones and I thought the feelings were mutual... until 3 days ago when the left ear stopped working. No audio and no noise cancelling. I depend on these headphones to block out the constant noise at my office. I purchased them exactly 13 months ago (Feb 2, 2016). I'm crushed. 

Please help...

I had this exact same issue but with the right ear. Is there a fix that doesnt involve replacing the headphones?

My left earbud for my QC 20 only works intermittently - it's as if there's a short in the wire. If the battery moves in just the right direction, the sound will come on for just a second.  I use these for all my travel, how do I get this repaired?  I purchased them in February 2016.

Same thing happened to me. I can't hear anything out of my left ear unless I move it to perfect position. Does anyone have a fix?

Hi -- the left ear of my QC 20 headphones also stopped working just last week. Anything I can do about it?
