I have a 2-year-old QC 25 headset and the left ear just does not output audio and is not noise canceling. I reached out to customer support and they wanted to give me another pair for $230. This is undetectable. So many people have this issue and Bose cannot stand behind their product and Bose refuses to even repair them for a fee. I am very disappointed in the customer care and the quality of the product.
