I've had a QC 30 for a while. It connected with my phone OK yesterday, but won't today. It shows in my iPhone's BT list, shows in the Connect App, but won't play music (and won't actually display settings in the app).
I tried following the instructions to clear the BT list (power off, power on by holding for 10 seconds) but it never says that it's cleared the list.
I can't even get it to go into regluar pairing mode (power off, power on hold for 3 seconds).
How do I reset these?
I followed the instructions:
1) Turn off (30 seconds +)
2) Plug into power (5 seconds +)
3) Unplug from power (60 seconds +)
4) Power on
Nothing changed. I've noticed that when it powers on now, it goes green for a bit (10 seconds maybe) but then the green goes off. The blue light is constantly blinking.
