QC 30

I just purchase the Quitcontrol 30. I got on the plane to fly home. I was using the headset, when I was told to put all electronics into Airplane Mode. When I did my headseat disconnected. What am I doing wrong? Should I not be able to play music on my IPhone while using QC30? Please explain what I am doing wrong.

Thank You

Thanks for the post. By default " Airplane Mode" shuts off the Bluetooth on your mobile device unless you specify it not too. If the airline allows it, you can use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while in Airplane mode. You just need to turn them on separately. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Wi-Fi or Settings > Bluetooth. HERE is a link to Apple support that talks more about "Airplane Mode" on the iPhone.

Hope that helped
