I have what appears to be a common problem. My QC 35 ii headphones pick up and amplify backkground noise during calls. That noise is also shared with the other person on the line. When on a call I can hear people that are further away from me MORE than when I have the headphones off. I have gone through a lot of troubleshooting and nothing has worked. The headphones work fine otherwise.

so that post is closed for comments and could not find a way to make it eliminate the background noise.
