I understand your frustration with the situation, the reason I thought it would be best for you to call the customer service team is that they will be able to run through service options with you as I am not able to do this over this platform. With the multiple issues that you are having and the type of issues coupled with the troubleshooting steps not working leads me to believe that the headphones may have issues that cannot be fixed through troubleshooting.
I would still recommend that you call the customer care team, as there are not any more troubleshooting steps that I can go through with you.
I am sorry again that I have not been able to get a resolution over this platform.
