QC 35 II not working with whats-app on android

I recently purchased a QC 35 II

I am unable to take whatsapp/regular calls on the headset from my Samsung Galaxy S9 running Android version 9


Please help

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. I am deeply sorry to hear that you are having issues with making calls via Whats-app on your device and would love to assist you further. 


Can you please confirm if the issue happens across all devices and calling platforms or only just with whats-app? I would also like to know if you have any error messages appear when this issue happens? 


From doing a little bit of research this seems to be an issue that happens a lot with the Samsung S9 at the moment and doesn't autoroute the calls. 


I look forward to hearing back from you in regard to this and if any other users are having a similar issue please do let us know!
