QC 35 II right ear noise

Hi,

I have a brand new set of QC35 Series two heaphones. 

I started using them today and noticed a clicking sound coming from the right ear, the noice comes when the deivce is powered off so its not related to pairing / device issues. 

The noise is generated when you walk, tilt your head, slightly push against the ear piece etc.

Thoughts ?

Hi Michael,

Due to the nature of headphones, any noise that in the headphones or any contact against the headphones can be amplified. So I would suggest taking the ear cushions off and inspecting the headset to look for anything that could be loose or any possible debris.
