QC 35 Static Noise

 Hey,

I'm using QC 35 for 3 days now and something weird is happening: a very loud static noise on right side - left side is good.

It happens even when no device is connected.

I followed reset instructions and did firmware upgraded - still happening.

After that, I tested another QC 35 pair from a friend and I can barely ear static, so it seems there is a problem with my headset.

Any suggestions?

Hi mjgsilva,

Thanks for reaching out. Looks like you have done a lot troubleshooting yourself and we appreciate that. It does sound like the headset could be defective and we recommend that you reach out to your local Bose Support to discuss exchange options. Here's a link to get contact info.

Please give us an update on how everything goes.

Thank you,

Mohsin

Re: QC 35 Static Noise

Hi Mohsin_S,

You can mark this as solved.

The item is defective so they decided to send me another one.

Thanks
