I updated firmware (version 2.5.3) a week or two ago. Since then, the battery seems to drain soon even when the QC35 switch is powered off.
Solved! Solution.

I already charged it to 100%. It went to 30% within an hour. Plugged it to charge, it went up to 80% charge within 2-3 mins. Started using it again, after 7-8 mins, it says battery is at 30% charge.
Hi superboom,
Thanks for responding. Were you able to see any improvement after performing the reset steps offered by @Mohsin_S? If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting your local support team. Here is a link you can use. Click on your country, scroll down until you see "Contact Us."

Did the steps again. Charged the headset all night, alomost 8 hours, it was at 100%. Then rebooted as per the instructions. It seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks.
