QC20 (2016) rapid clicking in left ear - recently started

Folks, In the last month my QC20s have developed what I can only liken to a geiga counter clicking in the left ear. Ghe cables look sound.. I get the clicking whether they are connected to a device or not.. Yet only when NC is turned on.. anyone experienced the same ?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Sorry for the trouble you're having. Seeing that it produces this noise independent of a device, our best recommendation would be to reach out to our service team who can help. It sounds like it may need to be looked at.

Thanks Moshin - I reported this to the Support team and unfortunately it’s a HW fault.. slightly outside the warranty period (2016) but they have helped me get another pair sourced 😉
