QC20 don't work on MacBook Pro

Hi,

 

I am trying to connect my QC20 to my MacBook Pro running MacOS Mojave.

I bought a 3.5 mm AUX to usb-c adaptor but when I connect it to my Mac I only see (and hear) the internal speakers as the only sound output. 

 

I tried rebooting my Mac and also connecting the headphones while the Mac is off.

 

What am I missing? Is it even possible to connect QC20 to a MacBook Pro?

I am very sorry that you are having issues connecting your QC20s to your MacBook Pro. 

 

Do these headphones work fine whilst connected to another product?

 

Have you also connected your headphones directly into the headphones port of the computer compared to using the AUX to USB-C adaptor?
