QC20i background noise

Hi, 

When I plugged in my brand new QC20i wired earphones, I hear low level of background noise when I turn on noise-canceling. I only hear when my laptop computer or iPhone is plugged in. I am curious whether there is a way to remove this background noise. It's pretty annoying. Thank you.

That's a great question. Seeing that they are only a month old, I would definitely use the support link offered by @shilo_c and contact support for an exchange.

That's interesting behavior!  Based off of what you're describing I would recommend reaching out to customer support, you can use this link.  Just select your country and scroll down to where you see "contact us".
