QC25 Noise Cancelling less powerful over time

I have found that the effectiveness of the noise canceling on my QC25's has decreased over time (even with new batteries). Is that normal? When they were new, it would drown out someone talking next to me. Now I can still clearly hear them with the noise canceling turned on.

We're sorry to see your noise cancelation is not working as good as it used to, but we'll be happy to help.

 

We would suggest contacting technical support over the phone for service since you have also tried new batteries as well.
