QC30 CBS IPAD App

Using my QuietControl 30 to connect to the CBS app on the iPad. It's worked before but in the last week I connect with audio but now there's a screen showing "Now playing on QuietControl 30" - that is no video, I can hear the audio, and screen is stuck. How do I make that screen go away so I can see the video?

Thank you for joining us here. I'm sorry you can't enjoy video with the CBS app.

 

If you look at iTunes, you'll see that other people are having the same problem with different Bluetooth devices.

Check out the Customer Reviews. It looks like the issue is with the CBS app.

 

Please let us know when CBS resolves the issue. I'm sure others here will be interested.
