QC30 Wireless Phone Call Problems

I use my new earbuds primarily for audio, and they are fantastic! But when I get a phone call (whether it comes while I'm listening to audio or not), the call cuts in and out constantly, and the caller can't hear me well, either. I've tried using noise cancelling and turning it down or off. Is there something I still need to do? Not sure what I'm missing. Thanks in advance for any help!

Bose has just released a new firmware update for your QC30 (version 1.2.8)

 

Please make sure that your firmware is up to date using one of the following:

Bose Connect app (IOS and Android)

Bose® system update center (Windows)

I have the same issue here it looks like the noise cancelling feature gets in the way of the background noise and cancels your voice as well.  i use them everyday in the bus and the metro rail which make noise and if someone calls me forget it i have to disconnect and choose iphone or iphone speaker.  also when holding the middle button they take forever to invoke siri or voice commands.  I love these headphones for the comfort and cound quality however i am so glad i put warranty at best buy as i have exchanged three already and the problem persist.  now with the latest update i cant even make a phone call i can only use them for music..... i am thinking in exchanging them for another brand with the best buy warranty as i have tried reaching out to engineering and they dont seem to get it working right I have a pair of shooting headphones which they also have noise cancellation and they work fine when i talk to others i dont know why i cant do the same with my QC30 so sad!!!!
