QC30 earbuds broken in one year

Hi Bose,

I bought this QC30 at last Oct. in iStudio, at Capassone branch, Singapore.

I use it quite often, for daily meeting and phone calls.

But recently I just found the earbuds (QC tips) on both sides are broken. Here below with some pics for reference.

Are these QC tips really QCed (Quality Controlled)? Quite superized with Bose product and disppointed.
