I tried what you suggested but for Germany no local customer service team is listed. Do you recommend to call the call-center (again)?

Thanks ST, I have contacted Bose customer service in Sweden via email and start the discussion on the solution to solve this issue regarding the QC30 for communications.

I emailed Bose customer support (from the website) in India last week, but haven't heard back. Is it normal for a response to be delayed?

Hi

i returned my QC30 to the distributor in Kuwait and told me we cant return your money  but you can take any thing with the same price

Problem solved 🙂

I purchase my QC30 from Bangladesh. From a gadget shop. Can I get my support from Bose Kolkata support Centre? Could not able to use it for communications. Please arrange.

I would like to thank you and let you know of the support I was able to get from Bose and also Apple on getting this issue resolved in the way it worked for me. Initially I did what you suggested and visited my local Bose store. Although they did try to help me they said I needed to go to the retailer I originally bought the product from and if they could not help me to then call the head office in my country. So I went to my local Apple store and as always they also provided excellent customer support and they helped me find a solution suitable for me.
