I have the same problem with my QC35 on the right!!!
I just bought it for two weeks and used it only a few hours....
Updated the firmwared and tried the reset procedure -- doens't work.

So sorry to hear about the issue with your headset. That is not how the QC35 should behave. I would contact your local Bose support using this link. Click on your country, scroll down to "Contact Us"
