Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth® symbol and hold for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared".
Hi;
QC35 can not be connected to any mobile device but it was working before.
Any idea?
Regards
Hi volkan,
Thanks for the update. I'm sorry the QC35 reboot didn't help.
You said the connection used to work. Have you changed anything on the Note 8 recently?
The next step in troubleshooting is to clear the Bluetooth pairing list on your QC35 and the Note 8. Then attempt to pair them again.
Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth® symbol and hold for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared".
Delete your Bose QuietComfort headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. All Bluetooth devices are cleared, and the headphones are ready to connect a new device.
Please let us know if this helps.
Thanks,
ST

Hi very disappointed the Bluetooth breaksup all the time - cheaper units have better stability - I paid $450 AUD and they are *** - the Bose Website is ***** useless
What a let down
Had high regard for the brand but total crap
