QC35 Broken Power Switch

I purchased my bose headphones from the navy exchange in Yokosuka, JP a few years ago. I used them all the time and never really had much of an issue. Then a few weeks later the power switch stopped working. I would switch it off but it wouldn't actually turn off. I haven't used them in months now because the power switch is actually broken. I don't know how to fix them or where to fix them. I'm just trying to get some help here.
