QC35 How to downgrade

Since there are many issues with the latest 1.2.10 and 1.2.9 firmware version, I would like to downgrade to 1.0.6, which seams to be recommended in many threads for having better sound quality and ANC.

I have installed the Bose Updater.app on my Mac and opened http://btu.bose.com to perform a downgrade, but I don't have any option for downgrade there. The only thing possible through that app is to change the language of voice prompts.

This is a screenshot of what I get: https://cl.ly/3G1z2k1A043P

How can I proceed with downgrade?
Thanks

After going through many Bose related threads, I found this secret combination of keys that you need to press while being on the Update screen in order to enable options for downgrading:

‘a’ ‘d’ ‘v’ ‘<up arrow>’ ‘<down arrow>’.
