QC35 I bluetooth stopped working on all devices

Hi,

 

I have had a pair of QC35 for about a year and a half. They have worked great for a long time but now when I put turn them on they will connect and then immediately shut off, almost like it sounds like there is a short. The active noise cancelling still works and they are fully charged. All voice queues from the device stop working. 

 

Is this a known issue?

Thanks for writing in!  Sorry to hear about the troubles, but would be happy to help!

 

Can you connect the headset to a computer and navigate to btu.bose.com to see if there is an update available?

Also, let's try a reset by following these steps:

  • Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds
  • Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
  • Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute
  • Turn on the headset
