QC35 II Triple Midnight Blue Limited Edition model seems to be poorly manufactured

I really wanted to love this headphones, but I bought a pair of these 4 months ago and now they have sound issues. White noise is coming from the right earcup when noise cancelling is activated at any level. Also, the bezel around the earcups is turning from blue to white. And it seems that I am not the only one having this issues:

What bothers me the most is that this is supposed to be a premium product, but it seems that they are not using premium materials. If I pay that high of a price I expect at least that the color (which I really like) stays the same and doesn't wash off.

 

I want to know if anyone else is experiening this issues with the "limited edition" model so people are aware of this before buying these. I am not sure about the sound issue being exclusive to this model, but regarding the bezel turning white, I haven't found any post online talking about this issue happening in the standard colors.

 

The only good thing about this is that Bose have reached to me about my sound issues and I have to contact my local support so they can fix my problem. I hope my unit is the only one that is defective and I get replacement. I will update this post when I reach costumer service.
