I can't seem to connect my Gear 2 to my QC II WITHOUT using my phone. I want to play music directly from my Gear 2. Can someone help me do this? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the community. For clarification, you have a QC35 Series II headset, correct?
You do not need the Bose Connect app to pair with your devices. Please try removing the headphones from all your devices, clear the pairing list from the headphones (slide and hold the power switch to the right for 10 seconds), and place your Gear 2 into pairing mode.
Can you test this and let us know how it goes?

Your instructions worked like a charm and I had no issues connecting. Not lugging around my phone during a workout is a plus! Sound quality is excelent!
