QC35 II connect to Laptop (Windows 7 64bit)

Allright people.

Got a small problem. When tryin to connect my QC35II my laptop does recognize 'em as bluetooth headset, but shows them as not connected. The device manager shows three additional "Bluetooth peripherals" under other devices without a driver, but when i try installing a driver by automatic search, win7 won't find anything. Is there any workaround for that problem? Thanks in advance.

(The Laptop in question is a PackardBell LM98. Not the original OS and HDD anymore though.)

See my response just made in:

This applies to any vendor laptop and win 7 and 10.  In addition, for win 7/64 (which I also have), on the Intel BT site (even if you don't have Intel bluetooth hardware), they talk about two windows updates that conflict that need to be uninstalled.  Make sure you do that.
