QC35 Repeatedly transferring firmware

This has been happening to me with my Bose QC35 and its super annoying because I don't know what is wrong. I tried disconnecting the headphones from my S8 and deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing is working so far. And it's frustrating because you can charge your headphones while it transfers and my phone only can stay on for 10 minutes and whenever the screen goes off it stops the transfer which means I can't leave the room.

Thanks for posting. I am so sorry to hear about that.  I would try updating your headphones on your computer by going to btu.bose.com.
