Hi all, i have purhased on october the QC35 headphones and i have ussed it 3 times only. This morning when i try to power on, the switch does do nothing at all, it feels like broken inside.
I´m actually living in shouth america so i have not a bose store closer, anyone knows what should i do?

Hi Brandon, thanks a lot for your quick response. I have opened a case and they told me that it's gonna be a RMA, but i have to wait to be in other location 'cause there is not Bose support in Argentina where i'm now. I hope the warranty will not exire then.

Same Problem for me! Iam in Brazil! how can i fix it?
O botão do liga/desliga/sync do meu Bose Quiet confort quebrou (Muito frágil por sinal).
Creio que foi um problema de fabricação!

My Qc35 has the same problem, but it has just passed the 1 year warranty.
Can I still get the repair?
