I just got my QC35 headphones and as soon as I turn them on, I always hear a sort of wind / blowing noise in the left ear. I've updated the firmware to the latest version and that didn't change anything. This sound only occurs when they're on / active noise cancellation is running.
Question: If I were to go through the replacement process, would this be resolved or is it just a flaw that the QC35 headphones have? I'm asking, because I've seen this exact problem described numerous times on the internet, and my initial guess would be that it's just a product flaw that affects each and every QC35 device, but some people may not care about it.
Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear this. Have you tried to reboot the headset?
Give that a try and let us know
