QC35 headphones sometimes bluetooth goes off in iPhone 11 Pro

Sometimes after pairing with iPhone 11 Pro and the laptop.. the bluetooth just connects to the laptop when I am talking to someone on the phone or it gets dropped off totally. Advise. I think I have the newest firmware from like 2-3 yrs ago or something. Windows 10 laptop works well also with this but it also drops off or loses the bluetooth connection

This is certainly unusual and not something I have seen before. I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the headphones by sliding and holding the Bluetooth switch to the right. Once complete, delete the pairing on the source device and try connecting again.
