QC35II Constant tone played back when using assistant.

Hi Bose,

 

As of today, when I use the multi function button to summon google assistant a constant tone (similar to a dial tone) is play constantly and very loudly in my ear.  I have rebooted my phone, done the bose 'reboot', clearing blutooth pairing list, and this still keeps happeing.  I have tried with 2 different phones and experiene the same with both phones.

 

HELP!

Hey Cal!

 

I just want to start by saying thank you for doing so much troubleshooting - that helps us out a ton.  I'm so sorry this is happening, that sounds incredibly unpleasant.  I believe that you may be experiencing a defect with your headphones so I'd suggest reaching out to customer support here.  Just select your country and scroll down to where you see "contact us".  Support will be able to help you out from there.
