QC35II bluetooth connection issues
I have a set of QC35II headphones. The headphones are a few years old.
Unfortunately today they stopped connecting to my iPhone. Currently the headphones are on, with a solid green light. The buttons do not work (all) and whilst the active noise cancelling is on I cannot see the headphones on the Bose Connect App.
I have tried the 'turn off for 30s, Plug in for 5s, unplug and wait 1m' reboot, and additionally I have tried un-pairing the headphones with my device (device has been forgotten on the iPhone, the headphones do not reset the bluetooth paired devices when I hold the button in position for 10s - I have tried longer, circa 30s to no avail).
I have been unable to find alternative solutions on this forum.
