for the last few days, I noticed my headset is automatically connecting to my phone even headset power is turned off.
another issue is people are not able to listen to my voice during the call.
My headset is updated with the latest firmware.

Thanks for posting and updating us on this issue. I have a few methods I would like to suggest that I think can fix this issue firstly I would like to recommend a product reset, you can do this via:
Then I would also like to recommend clearing the Bluetooth list and repairing the device to the headphones, this can be done via powering on your headset, then sliding and holding the Power switch toward the Bluetooth icon for about 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared."
