Please help, I have a brand new pair of Bose QC35ii and unfortunately the music cuts out constantly. I received these headphones as a pre order gift from Huawei but they told me to contact you. I would really appreciate if someone can help me get a replacement pair before the 14 days are up as I'm getting pushed from piller to post trying to sort this out before I'm stuck with broken headphones. P. S. I have seen and acted upon the troubleshooting tips on other threads and nothing has worked, a friend has the same pair and I have no issues with that pair in the same set up and scenarios.
