My Bose QC35 Series I headphones turn on by themselves, with the switch in the off position. I can toggle the switch on then off again and they will turn off, but in a matter of seconds they turn back. I've tried updating them to the newest firmware and resetting them to no avail. I contacted customer service earlier who said that because my warranty is expired, I can buy another pair for $250 + tax, though they did offer me a 50% promotion that I could use.
My question here is I see other posts of people expierencing similar issues. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, has anyone found a solution? I know Bose Customer Service gave me a solution, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on ANOTHER set of headphones to replace the ones that I already spent a lot of money on if there is a working remedy out there.
