I have an issue with my qc 35 11. It always wants to be connected to my apple tv, and when i try to switch to my phone i only get the option to be connected to apple tv and phone and it always prefers the phone.

I am so sorry that you are having issues and would love to assist you. Please can you try the following steps to resolve this issue:
Go to btu.bose.com on a computer and update your headphones software.
Perform a product reset, to do this, turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds and then plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds. After that unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute once you have completed this turn the headset back on.
Clear the Bluetooth pairing list by holding the switch in the Bluetooth position until you hear 'Bluetooth device list cleared'.
