Quiet Comfort 35ii - Changing Bluetooth audio input.

Hello,
Im new to these QC 35ii headphones.
I have connected them to 2 Bluetooth sources. My phone and a bluetooth transmitter from my TV. I can receive audio from any app on my phone. However i cannot get the TV audio to work.
How do I switch the audio input from my phone to my TV?

Thankyou for your reply.
I discovered the tv headphone jack was faulty. I paired successfully to our other tv.

Re: Quiet Comfort 35ii - Changing Bluetooth audio input.

Hi Ian5bose,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! I would like to determine that the headset is properly paired to your TV, so could we try something?

  • Clear the headsets memory by turning the headset on. Slide and hold the power switch to the right to the Bluetooth symbol for 10 seconds or until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared".
  • Pair your headset ONLY to the TV and try and see if you can get audio.

Regards,
