QuietComfort 25 - cold solder joint in plug

I bought a QuietComfort 25 a few months ago from a Bose retail store. The plug has to be jiggled around to work in both channels. This problem started occurring after a couple of weeks and has gotten steadily worse. Clearly this is a cold solder joint, a manufacturing problem. What are my options for getting it fixed or replaced?

Hi Billrosenblatt,

Thank you for joining us, and sorry to hear that about your headphones. You might also want to try replacing the cable to see if that helps. But in any case, our products come with a limited time warranty and the best way to know about your available options is to contact your local Bose Support who can assist. Please click here for contact information. Just select your region, and kindly scroll down to where you see "contact us".

Let us know how everything works out for you!

Thank you again,
