I bought a QuietComfort 25 a few months ago from a Bose retail store. The plug has to be jiggled around to work in both channels. This problem started occurring after a couple of weeks and has gotten steadily worse. Clearly this is a cold solder joint, a manufacturing problem. What are my options for getting it fixed or replaced?
