I first emailed customer support about this problem several months ago to no avail. I then proceeded to buy a new audio chord to see if the audio chord was the problem, the headphones still continued to not work (including the bluetooth function). I then bought a new pair of headphones since I thought that maybe there was an issue with the actual pair of headphones itself. I received this new pair a couple of weeks ago and, just today, the audio chord stopped working again.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you using the cable that came with the headset? Also, just to clarify, plugging in the audio cable will disable the Bluetooth and the buttons on the headset. The media controls(play/pause) are usually on the source device that you are connected to. You said the audio chord was not working, do you mean you were not getting audio?
