I bought this QC30 2 years ago; the rubber cover stretched and peeled off so much that I can't use it anymore. The only way to make it work is that I have to lift the already peeled skin and hit the turn on/off button directly from there. This is so disappointing for a Bose product. A repair or replacement would be great but not so sure if it is happening as I read through the messages on the same issue from before. It's hilarous that Bose would only say that they are aware of this issue and testing it which was supposed to happen before they went into the market with this product. Hope they hear this out!
